can not access certain website

I bought a new modem and finished installation successfully. but the problem arose after I configured WIFI. on one of my Laptop, I open Edge browser and did some checking: google and bing works well. but I can not access codeproject.com.

So I did search and find this link. trick #1 works for my case.
